Getting Started
We understand that for you time is precious. Our trainers provide professional and
flexible custom training programs designed to help you get the most out of your
training sessions.
All of our trainers have several years experience training people at all skill levels,
so whether you're looking to just lose weight or improve stamina we can help!
During our first session together, PTW will give you a complete Health and Fitness
Evaluation. This will include a review of your medical history, plus body composition
evaluation, heart rate monitoring, blood pressure screening, and a sub maximal stress
test.
Once your fitness starting point has been established, we will discuss your short
and long-term goals, next, we will create your Personal Training Program.

Take our Health Status Questionaire
The purpose of the Health Status Evaluation is to assist your personal trainer in
reviewing your health status prior to your first session at PTW. Any of the questions
answered as "yes" should be followed up with comprehensive health history in consultation
with your personal physician. You should obtain medical clearance prior to your
participation in any activity program.
